Associate Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist Solution Engineers in end-to-end implementation of solutions from planning to post-deployment support
• Capture customer-specific requirements during meetings and map them to system specifications
• Support script creation for deploying environments, processing data, and summarizing results
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure successful implementations
• Provide post-implementation system support to meet SLAs
• Communicate progress, updates, and roadblocks to teammates
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in professional self-development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing or professional services roles
• Basic understanding of relational databases
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
