Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across GIH, DIFC, and selected international markets
• Identify and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, job boards, and social media
• Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting in line with company policies
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a multinational or healthcare environment
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different types of roles
• Knowledge of the UAE talent market and local recruitment practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
