Associate Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates and administering the recruitment process
• Manage the end-to-end trainee hiring journey, including sourcing, screening, and manager coordination
• Create engaging job advertisements and distribute them across relevant job portals
• Screen, schedule, and facilitate interviews and assessment processes
• Maintain candidate engagement by providing regular feedback and updates
• Utilize selection tools such as competency-based interviews, assessment centers, and psychometric evaluations
• Develop proactive talent pools for critical roles
• Provide reporting support using Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other TA technologies
• Liaise with internal HR stakeholders to collect relevant talent acquisition data

Requirements

• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Ability to create engaging job adverts
• Proficiency in reporting tools like Excel, SAP, or Power BI
• Strong communication skills for candidate follow-ups and stakeholder management
• Experience with competency-based interviewing and assessment tools
