Associate Worker Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Review resumes to identify candidate experience, knowledge, and certifications
• Source viable candidates for various roles across multiple categories
• Leverage internal networks and platforms to find candidates
• Recruit potential candidates using external sources
• Sell the value of RigUp to potential candidates to build a worker pipeline
• Support the Workforce team with worker requests and questions
• Provide market trends and insights to inform and educate clients

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (recruiting, sales support, success, or onboarding)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying deadlines
• Ability to maintain relationships via texting and cold calling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
