Responsibilities

• Represent clients in their pursuit of Social Security Disability benefits
• Manage a caseload of 25-50 clients simultaneously
• Advocate for clients to the highest possible standard of representation
• Support or lead projects at the intersection of client service and technology
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build tools for modern legal practice

Requirements

• Degree from a top law school with strong academic performance
• Admitted to the bar in any state
• Experience in high-volume direct services legal practice or at a top law firm
• Resourceful team player comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact and helping people

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of meaningful work experience prior to law school, particularly in client service or business
• Experience working in a startup or agile environment

Benefits

• Base salary between $140,000 and $175,000 plus equity
