Audio Engineer — Productions (UAE)

Responsibilities

• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs Productions clients, ensuring naturalness and fidelity.
• Clean, edit, and prepare client audio for optimal voice cloning and generation quality.
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.
• Join client calls to support creative direction and act as a fractional audio engineer for customer workflows.
• Onboard and manage a network of freelance audio engineers to scale delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to surface engineering feedback and improve workflows.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years
• DAW proficiency
• Mixing & mastering
• Sound design skills
• Client-facing experience
• Voice design intuition
• Time-based delivery
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice cloning
• Audiobook & dubbing background
• Familiarity with speech synthesis
• Freelance network management
• Multilingual audio experience
