Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated tests and testing infrastructure
• Integrate automated tests into the development workflow
• Mentor the team in automation best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient, consistent, and accurate test reporting
• Manage large automated test suites to ensure clean signal
• Resolve root issues within the testing framework

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Experience managing large automated test suites
• Ability to design scalable technical and cultural components for automation rollout

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience building automation for desktop application performance analysis
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills
• Experience with Renewed Vision products, live event production, or video/graphics/sports production
• Expertise in creating actionable dashboards using tools like Splunk or Tableau
