Automation QA Engineer (Oracle)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of the automation test framework for the Oracle project based in Dubai, UAE (hybrid).
• Develop, maintain, and run automated test suites for APIs, Web/UI, and core business processes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain test environments for rapid quality feedback.
• Perform automated verification, data consistency checks, and stress/performance testing for Oracle database operations.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve system reliability.
• Mentor peers on testing best practices and contribute to test strategy and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3+ years automated testing
• Java or Python
• Selenium / Cypress
• TestNG / JUnit
• Rest Assured / Requests
• SQL proficiency
• Oracle database
• CI/CD (Jenkins)
• Git versioning
• Automation mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing stored procedures and complex DB operations
• Performance and stress testing experience
• Familiarity with cloud CI/CD and containerized test environments
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience working in fintech or crypto product environments
