Automation/Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build REST and SOAP-based API integrations between the GRC platform and external systems
• Develop secure, authenticated data flows using JSON/XML structures
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define integration requirements
• Support customer enterprise reporting by enabling automated data pulls into metrics platforms
• Monitor, test, and troubleshoot data exchange pipelines
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration endpoints, schemas, and data flow mappings
• Support system modernization and automation initiatives by evaluating third-party connector tools
• Work with security teams to ensure alignment with Zero Trust architecture
• Support GRC platform permissions and RBAC structures
• Contribute to automation strategies supporting FISMA, OMB A-123, and OSCAL adoption

Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience designing and developing APIs and data integrations
• At least 3 years working with an Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform including RSA Archer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC) and SDLC policies
• Experience with Change Control Board (CCB) processes

Preferred Qualifications

• RSA Archer Certified Administrator certification
• MuleSoft Developer certification
• Relevant API security credentials
