Automations Engineer - Dubai (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal tooling and infrastructure to support GTM, Operations, and Finance teams based in the UAE (Dubai).
• Build AI agents, automation workflows, and integrations that surface insights and automate repeatable processes.
• Prototype and ship full-stack features rapidly—frontend, backend, and infrastructure—to deliver immediate business impact.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders to translate workflows into scalable software solutions.
• Launch and own experiments to optimize revenue and operational processes; measure impact and iterate.
• Deliver technical enablement, documentation, and training so teams can adopt automated workflows independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building GTM or SalesOps automations

• Experience with containerization and CI/CD (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions)
• Prior experience integrating analytics, ETL, or orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
