Automations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal tools and infrastructure that directly support go-to-market, Operations, and Finance teams
• Develop AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple systems
• Partner with strategy and operations teams to understand customer and sales lifecycles, then automate and optimize them with code
• Own and launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize company operations
• Deliver technical enablement through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows that make insights actionable
• Rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that drive immediate business impact

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering skills with comfort across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Builder mindset with fast iteration and ability to work independently without perfect specs
• Deep product intuition with focus on systems, workflows, and business impact
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems
• Passion for exploring how AI transforms B2B sales, marketing, operations, and finance
