Job description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify, scope, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities
  • Lead technical discovery conversations regarding customer infrastructure, AV environments, and networking requirements
  • Design solution configurations including hardware footprint, content workflows, and third-party integrations
  • Own technical sections of RFP responses, security questionnaires, and SOW inputs
  • Build and maintain demo environments, technical one-pagers, and integration guides
  • Act as the technical authority and subject matter expert for the Rockbot software platform

Requirements

  • 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical sales, or AV systems
  • Hands-on experience with hardware/software integrations and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with in-venue technology such as AV systems, digital signage, or IoT
  • Strong presentation and demo skills with the ability to communicate with both IT and executive stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and technical documentation tools
  • Excellent written communication skills for RFPs and technical summaries

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, digital out-of-home (DOOH), or retail media networks
