Azure DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational checks, health assessments, and capacity reviews for Azure workloads
• Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and service recovery steps following defined runbooks
• Manage common operational tasks such as VM scaling, storage cleanup, identity sync validation, policy compliance checks, and backup/restore verifications
• Coordinate with onshore Engineering for escalations requiring architectural re-design or platform changes

Requirements

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with automation frameworks such as Azure Automation, Functions, and Logic Apps
• Hands-on work with containerized workloads including AKS and ACR
• Intermediate scripting skills for automation design, preferably Python
• Exposure to FinOps concepts including cost visibility, tagging compliance, and orphaned resource cleanup
• Advanced English proficiency
