Azure Virtual Desktop (part-time)

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop and Nerdio Manager for Enterprise
• Troubleshoot AVD/Nerdio issues involving session host provisioning, connectivity, and FSLogix profiles
• Maintain, patch, and deploy centralized golden/master desktop images
• Review and optimize Microsoft Intune configuration profiles and compliance policies
• Assess and improve Windows Autopilot provisioning and deployment processes
• Support Microsoft Entra ID security and identity capabilities
• Integrate and support endpoint lifecycle operations involving Tanium and CrowdStrike Falcon
• Monitor platform capacity, utilization, and service health
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
• Significant hands-on enterprise engineering experience
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Nerdio Manager for Enterprise
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Tanium, and CrowdStrike Falcon

Preferred Qualifications

• Nerdio Manager for Enterprise certification
• Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop certification
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager certification
• Tanium certification
