Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B growth in the Nordics region through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences to engage regional prospects
  • Take end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level reporting to drive data-driven optimizations
  • Adapt global messaging to resonate deeply with local business cultures

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one of the four Nordic languages
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven ownership pedigree with experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish
  • Entrepreneurial background and a history of high engagement in high-stakes environments
  • Strong growth marketing expertise, including data analysis and campaign planning
  • Experience in event management and organizing regional activations
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, dynamic, and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management
  • Strong product marketing sense and design skills
  • Deep understanding of regional tech ecosystems and B2B buying cycles
