B2B Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the regional growth strategy and channels for the Middle East
• Drive aggressive lead generation and brand awareness to fuel regional growth
• Build and execute complex, multi-language outbound sequences
• Manage end-to-end ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars
• Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting
• Monitor campaign performance and produce executive-level data-driven reporting
• Adapt global messaging to resonate deeply with local business cultures

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker and fluent English speaker
• 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth experience, specifically with Developer Tools or AI/ML products
• Proven track record of implementing growth projects from start to finish with accountability for ROI
• Deep understanding of the Middle East tech ecosystem and regional buying cycles
• Broad expertise in growth marketing, including data analysis, campaign planning, and event organization
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in cold email, SEO, or affiliate management
• Strong product marketing sense and design skills
• Knowledge of a second Middle Eastern language, such as Turkish
