Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop compelling commercial offers, tailored pitch materials and proposals.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline.
  • Run presentations, demos and negotiations with startups, corporates and ecosystem partners.
  • Execute proactive outreach campaigns and represent Daos Hub at industry events.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful pilots.
  • Provide structured sales reports, forecasts and feedback to leadership to shape strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, innovation services, tech-enabled workspaces or related fields.
  • Proven track record closing full-cycle deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong skills in packaging offers, preparing commercial materials and delivering high-impact presentations.
  • Fluent English (C1 recommended); strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, data-driven and highly organized with CRM experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, resourcefulness and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interest or experience in Web3 and frontier technologies preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to startups, scaleups and corporate innovation teams.
  • Prior exposure to Web3 communities, events or ecosystem initiatives.
  • Familiarity with event-driven sales and community-led growth strategies.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
