Job Description

We are hiring a Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems for high-performance web and cloud applications based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java
  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Build and operate microservices and serverless components
  • Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
  • Integrate event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and refactor existing systems for scalability and security
