Job Description
We are hiring a Backend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems for high-performance web and cloud applications based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java
- Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Build and operate microservices and serverless components
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
- Integrate event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams
- Troubleshoot, debug, and refactor existing systems for scalability and security
