Backend .NET Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze and tune system designs to identify and fix performance bottlenecks
• Decompose tasks into sub-tasks and estimate development time
• Perform code and design reviews
• Lead research and POCs of new features
• Help with new architecture prototyping and migration
• Identify areas for improvement and manage tech debt
• Mentor and guide an engineering team of BE developers
• Support current functionality and maintain backward compatibility
• Deliver completed tasks for testing and provide advisory assistance to QAs

Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET web development experience
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead position
• Expertise in .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C#
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of backend architecture principles and technologies
• Experience with SSE, Long Polling, and WebSockets
• Experience with Unit and Integration tests
• Experience with GitLab CI or other CI/CD technologies
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum process
• English fluency (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kafka
