Banner Consultant - Student Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and recommend technological solutions
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student AR module

Requirements

• 5+ years in the Higher Education Industry
• 5+ years of experience with Ellucian Banner Student AR module
• Experience leading strategic implementations of Banner Student AR functionality
• Expertise in implementing Banner Student Accounts module within Bursar or Cashier offices
• Functional experience using Fee Assessment tools in Banner
• Consulting experience focused on business process efficiency
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing project-based work
• Banner SaaS experience
• Knowledge of vendor integrations (payment systems, housing, reporting)
• Experience developing comprehensive reports using Banner
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications
