Banner Consultant - Student

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and recommend technological solutions
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student module

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Banner Student module
• Expertise in implementing Banner Student module for Registrar, Admissions, or Records offices
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the California Banner Module (CALB)
• Experience developing comprehensive reports using Banner
• Proficiency in translating user requirements into technical specifications
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
• Previous experience in a consulting role
