BAP HR Ops Analyst

Responsibilites

• • Support with work permit issuance.
    • Liaise with external vendors for insurance requests.
    • Manage relationships with banking representatives for employee personal banking requests.
    • Manage relationship with external vendor for visa issues.
    • Regularly update relevant spreadsheets and systems with new employee data information.
    • Manage all inquiries on internal communication channel.

Requirements

• • Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
    • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders with strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships.
    • Good command of MS office applications.
    • Patient and sensitive to data.
    • With experience in SuccessFactors HCM would be advantageous.
    • Team player and quick learner.
