Job Description
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets through proactive business development and sales strategies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of software solutions.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via targeted outreach, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT software sales in the assigned region.
- Educational background in Business Management (Computer Science background is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
- Experience selling software to BFSI, Government Listed Companies, and Large Enterprises.
