About the Company

PostHog is a product-led platform that acts as a co-pilot for product development, offering tools like AI devtools, data warehousing, and AI-powered analytics. We are a natively remote, async-first company that values transparency, autonomy, and shipping fast.

Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound pipeline engine by iterating on targeting strategy and signal-based prioritization.
  • Manage and develop a team of BDRs through daily coaching on messaging, objection handling, and qualification.
  • Build and maintain the tooling and automation layer, specifically designing Clay.com workflows and Salesforce enrichment processes.
  • Own metrics and reporting by building pipeline generation dashboards and tracking leading indicators.
  • Coach qualification discipline to ensure high-quality meetings are passed to Account Executives.
  • Iterate on messaging and channels through A/B testing across email, LinkedIn, and other creative platforms.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience managing or leading a BDR/SDR team as a player-coach.
  • Prior individual quota-carrying experience in prospecting and booking meetings.
  • Hands-on experience building automated workflows and enrichment tables in Clay.com.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including report building and data hygiene management.
  • Experience using AI tools (LLMs, automation) to improve prospecting efficiency.
  • Excellent written communication skills for async-first environments.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a product-led sales (PLS) or product-led growth (PLG) company.
  • Familiarity with selling to engineering personas.
  • Experience using PostHog or competing product analytics tools.
