Responsibilities
- Own the outbound pipeline engine by iterating on targeting strategy and signal-based prioritization.
- Manage and develop a team of BDRs through daily coaching on messaging, objection handling, and qualification.
- Build and maintain the tooling and automation layer, specifically designing Clay.com workflows and Salesforce enrichment processes.
- Own metrics and reporting by building pipeline generation dashboards and tracking leading indicators.
- Coach qualification discipline to ensure high-quality meetings are passed to Account Executives.
- Iterate on messaging and channels through A/B testing across email, LinkedIn, and other creative platforms.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience managing or leading a BDR/SDR team as a player-coach.
- Prior individual quota-carrying experience in prospecting and booking meetings.
- Hands-on experience building automated workflows and enrichment tables in Clay.com.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including report building and data hygiene management.
- Experience using AI tools (LLMs, automation) to improve prospecting efficiency.
- Excellent written communication skills for async-first environments.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build systems from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a product-led sales (PLS) or product-led growth (PLG) company.
- Familiarity with selling to engineering personas.
- Experience using PostHog or competing product analytics tools.
