Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain renewal workbooks, including spreadsheeting, data validation, and rate modeling
  • Support benchmarking, plan design analysis, and other financial and strategic projects
  • Draft benefit communications and compliance-related documentation such as ERISA Wraps, SPDs, and SBCs
  • Support eligibility and benefits administration workflows across systems like UKG, Employee Navigator, and Gusto
  • Execute core eligibility tasks including processing enrollments, terminations, and troubleshooting system errors

Requirements

  • 3–10 years of experience in a benefits analyst or account manager role within a brokerage or consulting environment
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience drafting benefits-related documents such as SPD/SBCs and enrollment materials
