Job description

Responsibilities

  • Set up new employer schemes and facilitate application processing between employers, employees, and insurance providers
  • Support scheme renewals by working with employers, providers, and customer success teams to refine processes
  • Process policy changes including joiners, leavers, dependents, cancellations, and amendments
  • Act as first line of investigation for benefit and policy-related queries, owning issue resolution and liaising with insurers on escalations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, insurance, benefits administration, or customer support
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Clear written communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently on important matters with minimal guidance
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving processes
