Job description
Responsibilities
- Set up new employer schemes and facilitate application processing between employers, employees, and insurance providers
- Support scheme renewals by working with employers, providers, and customer success teams to refine processes
- Process policy changes including joiners, leavers, dependents, cancellations, and amendments
- Act as first line of investigation for benefit and policy-related queries, owning issue resolution and liaising with insurers on escalations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, insurance, benefits administration, or customer support
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Clear written communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently on important matters with minimal guidance
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving processes
