Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Employees and Clients regarding benefits plans, pricing, coverage, and claims
  • Manage benefits enrollment and unenrollment
  • Handle benefits invoicing and billing
  • Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk and email
  • Execute data-related tasks with precision
  • Help define and execute Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain operations process documents and identify automation possibilities
  • Research and distill written knowledge in Notion

Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations or Employee Benefits (ideally in PEO services)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across tech tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to embrace AI and automation to improve efficiency
