Benefits Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Employees and Clients regarding benefits plans, pricing, coverage, and claims
• Manage benefits enrollment and unenrollment processes
• Handle benefits invoicing and billing
• Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk and email
• Execute data-related tasks with precision including preparation, entry, and downloading
• Help define and execute Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain operations process documents and identify automation possibilities
• Research and distill written knowledge in Notion

Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations or Employee Benefits, ideally in PEO services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task across tech tools
• Fluency in English
• Ability to embrace AI and automation for efficiency
