BI Analyst - Metrics Senior

Responsibilities

• Manage results for the Customer Relationship area, covering the full cycle of indicators: definition, construction, monitoring, analysis, and goal deployment.
• Define business rules, calculation logic, and assessment criteria for indicators to ensure consistency.
• Build and maintain dashboards for tracking results and budget achievement.
• Produce management reports to support area result monitoring routines.
• Investigate deviations, identify causes, support problem resolution, and map improvement opportunities.
• Define and deploy goals across different leadership layers and areas.
• Integrate dashboards and analyses to ensure a coherent narrative of results through storytelling.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and structured logical reasoning.
• Strong analytical capacity and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to validate data critically.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical areas.
• Autonomy in managing priorities in high-demand environments.
• Active interest in AI and generative LLMs applied to analytical work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Result Management or Strategic Planning areas.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with goal definition and deployment for teams and leadership.
