BI Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI division, define vision and set strategic priorities for BI and analytics.
• Oversee end-to-end BI execution including architecture, data integration, ETL and reporting.
• Design and maintain reporting frameworks and scalable dashboard solutions.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into BI deliverables.
• Ensure BI tools, platforms and processes meet performance, quality and security standards.
• Mentor, coach and grow a high-performing BI team; drive hiring, development and performance management.
• Collaborate with data engineering, data science and product teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker

• Experience building and scaling BI teams in a regional or enterprise environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
