Job description

Responsibilities

  • Draft bid narratives, concept notes, and outreach products in alignment with customer guidelines
  • Ensure proposals are coherent, persuasive, and responsive to evaluation criteria
  • Collate and incorporate information from multiple business lines into unified proposals
  • Incorporate reviewer feedback and make revisions before submission
  • Articulate bespoke solutions, value propositions, and win strategies
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify areas for improvement within the bid and capture processes
  • Drive continuous improvement through mentorship and capacity building

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum of six years of experience in bid writing for external products
  • Experience with NATO, UN, UK, or EU government proposal submissions
  • Experience working cross-culturally with global stakeholders
  • Experience writing bids for health, security, or medical sectors preferred
  • Exceptional writing, editing, formatting, and research skills
  • Native-level fluency in English
  • Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
