Responsibilities

• Drive customer adoption and sustained usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, and related solutions
• Advise customers and partners on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents
• Help customers design, deploy, configure, and operationalize AI solutions
• Lead technical engagements to resolve barriers related to identity, security, compliance, and governance
• Develop AI adoption and change-management strategies
• Engage business and technical decision-makers to connect AI usage with measurable business value
• Analyze usage and adoption signals to identify opportunities for expanded AI adoption

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 7 to 9 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years in an enterprise customer-facing role
• 2+ years delivering customer-facing technical projects
• 2+ years working with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft security and compliance (Entra, Purview, etc.)
• Experience building AI agents with Copilot Studio

Preferred Qualifications

• MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
• SC-401: Information Security Administrator Associate
• AB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
• AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert
• AB-730: AI Business Professional Associate
