Job description

Responsibilities

  • Educate clients about financial hardship debt programs and available options
  • Empathize with and deescalate upset clients regarding their financial situations
  • Use CRM systems to maintain accurate and detailed client interaction records
  • Analyze client financial situations to determine appropriate debt-free solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized retention solutions
  • Meet or exceed retention targets and performance goals
  • Provide best-in-class customer service via phone and digital communication tools

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish fluency required
  • Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems
  • Strong negotiation and deescalation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
