Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class customer service over the phone by responding to client requests and educating them on programs
  • Analyze client problems through effective listening and provide timely solutions
  • Handle difficult calls courteously and professionally using strong interpersonal skills
  • Document request outcomes and client activities in the CRM database
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure client questions are handled appropriately
  • Manage a high volume of clients in a work-from-home call center environment

Requirements

  • 1 year of call center experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
