Responsibilities

  • Drive high-velocity outbound outreach via call, SMS, and email to qualify inquiring families
  • Convert leads to scheduled assessments by nurturing families through the CRM pipeline
  • Deliver consultative benefits pitching by reviewing insurance eligibility and articulating ABA benefits
  • Navigate intake workflows by uploading medical records and securing insurance assessment authorizations

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in inside sales, high-volume customer intake, or enrollment advising
  • Proven ability to manage a dense CRM sales funnel
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to build trust over the phone
  • Highly organized with experience processing technical document workflows
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot experience
  • Associate’s degree or higher
