Bilingual Independent Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Trauma Therapy
• Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings
• Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct crisis intervention for individuals and families
• Participate in regular case planning with a multidisciplinary team
• Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education
• Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in state of primary residence
• Active license or willingness to obtain licensure in Arizona or Oregon
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work effectively in a remote telemedicine environment
• Patient-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Addiction Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
