Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists
  • Maintain timely documentation in the EHR
  • Support families with education and care coordination
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth

Requirements

  • Active Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW)
  • Experience working with children, teens, and families
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
