Bilingual Spanish/English Teletherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy in both Spanish and English using strengths-based, culturally responsive, solution-focused approaches
• Deliver short-term, goal-directed care structured around approximately 6–8 sessions per presenting issue
• Assess risk, develop safety plans, and respond to urgent concerns
• Complete accurate, timely, and clinically sufficient documentation for every session
• Maintain informed consent, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in a telehealth environment
• Integrate digital tools, assessments, and community resources to extend support between sessions
• Coordinate referrals when needs exceed the short-term model or clinical competence

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English for clinical practice and documentation
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, MFT, psychology, or related discipline
• Active, unrestricted professional mental health license with legal authorization to provide teletherapy in served jurisdictions
• Current professional liability insurance
• Demonstrated competence in short-term solutions based therapy and crisis response
• Reliable computer, secure internet connection, and private professional setting for virtual care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or brief EAP care
• Experience in telebehavioral health and motivational interviewing
• Experience working with diverse populations on concerns like anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions
• Proficiency using digital wellness tools and coordinating multi-disciplinary care
