Billing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly billing KPIs to ensure stable payment performance
• Investigate payment anomalies and resolve transactional issues
• Optimize payment flows, provider distribution, and cashier performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payment operations
• Ensure high-quality payment processes and successful traffic launches

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Billing/Payment Specialist or in online payments
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
• Understanding of online payment integrations, funnels, and payment flows
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher
• Experience working with payment systems and transactional services
• Ability to work with financial and transactional data
