Billing Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume end-to-end invoice creation and review
• Maintain and update customer master files with high accuracy
• Audit customer profiles for billing addresses and contact information
• Investigate and resolve billing variances and discrepancies
• Manage customer billing inquiries and provide clear charge explanations
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless billing
• Assist with month-end closing activities and revenue reporting
• Issue credit memos or adjustments under management supervision

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing or a similar finance role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working in the Multifamily or Proptech space
