Job Description

Location: Dubai, UAE — Internship operating within the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Support university outreach strategies and execute campus activities across UAE universities in coordination with local Binance teams
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with student groups, university contacts, and student ambassadors to promote Binance Academy initiatives
  • Organize and coordinate activations such as workshops, hackathons, seminars and guest lectures in collaboration with internal Binance departments
  • Manage the student ambassador program in your allocated UAE region and recruit, train and support ambassadors
  • Reach out to schools, institutions and student clubs to promote courses and educate learners about blockchain and crypto
  • Support the development of internal and external educational programs, course materials and learning activities in web3 and blockchain
  • Track outreach outcomes, collect feedback and report insights to the Business Development Specialist and regional teams

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong copywriting and presentation ability
  • Self directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in Web3/crypto and basic understanding of blockchain concepts
  • Experience in university clubs or student organizations (preferred)
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Web3, blockchain or crypto communities
  • Experience running events, workshops or hackathons
  • Leadership experience in student societies or campus programs
  • Familiarity with UAE higher-education landscape and student networks
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams
