Binance Accelerator Program - Security Governance

Responsibilities

• Security policies management: document, update and maintain security policies to improve posture and support compliance.
• Audit evidence inventory: create and optimise audit evidence inventories to streamline security workflows and audits.
• Security awareness training: collaborate with security and business teams to design content, distribute training, and run sharing sessions.
• Regulation research: collect, organise and consolidate cybersecurity and data protection regulations relevant to digital assets.
• Security project support: participate in projects to raise the organisation's security maturity.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and achievement focus.
• Current students or recent graduates in Cyber Security, IT, MIS or Computer Science preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and DORA and other data protection/cyber resilience frameworks.
• Interest or experience with blockchain, AI or emerging technologies.
• Passion for cryptocurrency, digital assets and Web3.
• Basic documentation and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Security or privacy certifications are a plus (examples: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, SANS, CCSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, IAPP CIPP/CIPM/CIPT).
• Prior internships or coursework in security governance, compliance or risk management.
• Familiarity with audit processes and evidence collection.
