Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex genomic data
- Work across end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions
- Build datasets to teach agents to reason across proteomic data QC, NGS-based proteomics, mass spectrometry, and protein sequencing
- Support work in spatial proteomics, X-Ray Crystallography, and clinical interpretation
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience with genomics or genetics data
- Experience in drug mechanism of action studies using population genomics
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
