Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the Business Development function, driving measurable growth across membership, partnerships, and revenue.
  • Design and implement scalable outreach, conversion and pipeline systems for startups, scale-ups, VCs, service providers and ecosystem partners.
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations and close strategic partnerships; design tailored product and partnership packages.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set growth direction, positioning and GTM strategies.
  • Launch community-building initiatives to reach the first 1,000 members and run growth experiments.
  • Establish data-backed workflows, KPIs and reporting; iterate rapidly based on results.
  • Recruit, mentor and scale the BizDev team; align cross-functional stakeholders to execute growth plans.
