Blockchain and Product Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close high-value multi-year agreements with blockchain partners seeking Chainlink services.
• Develop Chainlink Labs' ISV approach by driving joint go-to-market initiatives and revenue opportunities.
• Engage with multiple partners simultaneously to maintain a healthy integration pipeline for long-term blockchain partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with blockchain partner managers to assess and quantify opportunities globally.
• Drive internal alignment between GTM, finance, legal, and engineering teams for integration agreement execution and delivery timelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of sales experience
• Deep passion for Web3 with extensive personal or professional exposure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset and innovative solution development
• Strong deal-making abilities; ability to close high-value deals with senior Web3 stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to Blockchain Foundations (highly desirable)
• Previous experience with Systems Integrators
• Proven track record of closing multimillion-dollar deals
• Strong technical understanding of core blockchain concepts, able to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders
• VC experience
• Understanding of or ability to develop an ISV approach for Chainlink Labs
