Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company's technological vision and roadmap, focusing on blockchain, Web3, and DeFi innovations.
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging technologies and trends in the blockchain and fintech sectors.
• Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver cutting-edge blockchain-based fintech solutions.

Blockchain Solutions Development

• Architect and oversee the development of blockchain solutions, including e-wallets, crypto wallets, tokenization platforms, and DeFi applications.
• Build scalable, secure, and user-centric decentralized systems tailored to financial applications.
• Leverage blockchain frameworks to create innovative products that enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions.

Technical Governance & Compliance

• Ensure all technology solutions adhere to industry standards, regulations, and security best practices.
• Maintain the integrity, scalability, and reliability of technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven technology leadership roles in blockchain, decentralized systems, and Web3.
• Experience in building and managing fintech solutions, including e-wallets, crypto wallets, tokenization platforms, and DeFi.
• Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and tokenomics.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
