Job description
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on application and integration capability
- Develop workflow and integrations using Developer Studio and Innovation Studio
- Build RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations
- Manage incident assignments and communicate with customers within SLAs
- Maintain system integrity through configuration control and change management
- Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and on-call rotations
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience
- BMC Accredited Administrator or commensurate Developer Studio experience
- Experience with SaaS solutions or AWS Cloud environments
- Experience with BMC Remedy version 23.x or higher
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification (can be obtained within 3 months)
- US Citizenship required
- Active Secret clearance preferred
