Bodily Injury Adjuster - Represented, Moderate/Complex (CST/EST) Remote

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage or bodily injury
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages for represented claims involving attorney/litigation
• Communicate with customers and attorneys via voice, email, and text
• Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements with all involved parties
• Maintain accurate documentation of all claim activities in the claims system

Requirements

• Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Proficient knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for negotiating injury claims
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience
• Experience with SC, NC, or AL claims
• Experience with FL, GA, NV, TX, or CA claims
• Prior litigation claims experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
