Bodily Injury Adjuster-Represented/Litigation Complex/Severe -OH/MI/IN

Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with customers and attorneys via voice, email, and text
• Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved
• Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies to determine coverage
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the claims system

Requirements

• 3+ years of Casualty Represented or Litigation third-party claim handling experience
• Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability determination
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims evaluation
