Brand & Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support internal communication initiatives via newsletters, SharePoint, and town hall materials
• Partner with leadership to develop and deliver key business messages
• Develop external content including executive thought leadership, SEO-driven blogs, and social media campaigns
• Own organic social media strategy and community engagement on platforms like LinkedIn
• Drive external media strategy, including PR initiatives and press releases
• Manage a centralized communication calendar and coordinate with cross-functional subject matter experts
• Track and report on brand performance metrics such as Share of Search and organic impressions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, PR, or brand communications
• Proven experience writing and editing content for email, web, and presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
